Head Office Recognition Program for Outstanding Members

Our office organizes programs to honor and recognize hardworking and successful members at the Head Office. The purpose of this recognition is for the company to contribute and support the socio-economic development of its members. As a result of such initiatives, members are motivated to work harder and achieve greater success.

• In 2012, many members did not own houses.
• By 2025, they were able to acquire and live in their own homes.
• Moreover, they successfully expanded their income-generating businesses.

ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ရုံးတွင် အောင်မြင်တိုးတက်ပြီး အလုပ်ကြိုးစားသည့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များကိုရုံးချုပ်တွင်ခေါ်ယူ၍ ဂုဏ်ပြု ခြင်းအစီအစဉ်များပြုလုပ်လေ့ရှိသည်။ ဂုဏ်ပြုခြင်း၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်မှာ အဖွဲ့ဝင်များ၏လူမှုစီးပွားရေးတိုး တက်မှုအတွက်ကုမ္ပဏီအနေဖြင့်တစ်တပ်တစ်အားပံ့ပိုးပေးလိုခြင်းဖြစ်သည်။ ဤအစီအစဉ်များကြောင့် အဖွဲ့ဝင်များပိုမိုကြိုးစားကြပြီးအောင်မြင်မှုများကို ရရှိလာသည်။
